A trusted, permanent system of record — for a sport that never had one.

After four decades evaluating talent at home and around the world — as a scout, coach, and consultant — IBR founder Joel D. Bradley saw the same problem repeat in every market: exceptional players and international academies operating without any shared, verified record of who they were, where they came from, or who developed them.

International baseball moves hundreds of millions of dollars each year through spreadsheets, DMs, contested paperwork, and institutional memory. Identities are duplicated. Ages are disputed. Development history is lost. Rights are argued at the signing table instead of resolved before it.

IBR was built to change that. One athlete-owned record. One institutional trust layer. One infrastructure the entire ecosystem — academies, agents, federations, and front offices — can rely on.
