Elevate Baseball Academy
Elevate Baseball Academy is an international player-development organization based in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic. Led by owner and director Jordan Ostrov, the academy combines baseball instruction, character development, education, and professional exposure for aspiring players.

Jordan Ostrov
Jordan Ostrov is the owner, president, and founder of Elevate Baseball Academy in Boca Chica, Dominican Republic. A native of Nova Scotia, Canada, Ostrov brings decades of experience as a player, scout, baseball executive, and entrepreneur. He pitched in the 2005 Canada Games, competed in three national championships with the Halifax Mets, and played two years of collegiate baseball before an injury ended his playing career. His professional background includes collegiate and professional scouting, co-founding NLI Scouting, and establishing Elevate Baseball Academy in 2019. In 2023, he expanded the Elevate organization through Elevate Sports & Lumber Co. His leadership philosophy combines professional baseball development with character, education, accountability, and long-term opportunity.
